Working with a fast-paced team booking trucks onto the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals. Proactively adapt to a busy environment and make real-time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.

Use of a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls. Organising container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two-way radio.

  • Proactively adapt to a busy environment and make real-time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal.

Qualifications:
  • Previous administration experience
  • IT literate (good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage)
  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • High attention to detail is essential
