Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing our customers daily volumes
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems
- Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times
- An understanding of the transport industry is essential
- Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers
- A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role
