We have a fantastic opportunity for the right applicant to join a winning team at Maritime Transport as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor in our Head Office in Felixstowe.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Supervision of a team of 6 who are responsible for processing all supplier invoices
- Weekly and Monthly statement reconciliations
- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly payment runs
- Month End processes
- Approval of all payment runs
- Review of invoice queries from each source system
- Bank Detail approval and submission onto accounting system
- Overall responsibility for the Purchase ledger
- Development of departmental processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy is key
- Experience of working with Excel and other Microsoft products
- Fantastic time management and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload and that of a team
