Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Night Customer Service Administrator based at our Felixstowe Depot on a Nights - 4on / 4off shift pattern, to help us to develop our ambitious plans.

You’ll be working for one of the market leaders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing our customers daily volumes
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems
- Dealing externally with our customer, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times
- Must be happy to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential
- Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers
- A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role
