Responsibilities

  • Dealing with multiple drivers
  • Communicating with ports
  • Booking delivery slots for entry in ports
  • Using a Transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers' start times and finish times
  • Chasing drivers for ETAs and making sure they are on time
  • Rerouting jobs as and when needed
  • Checking all PODs are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system
