- Dealing with multiple drivers

- Booking delivery slots for entry in ports
- Using a Transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers' start times and finish times
- Chasing drivers for ETAs and making sure they are on time
- Rerouting jobs as and when needed
- Checking all PODs are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system
