You’ll be working for one of the market leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with multiple drivers
  • Communicating with ports
  • Booking delivery slots for entry in ports
  • Using a Transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers start times and finish times
  • Chasing drivers for ETAs and making sure they are on time
  • Rerouting jobs as and when needed
  • Checking all PODS are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system
  • Speaking to customers on possible delays advising ETAs

We are looking for candidates to apply who have the following:

  • Previous experience as a Transport Operator – Essential
  • Confident and clear communicator – written and verbal
  • Excellent UK geographical knowledge
  • Can work on own initiative
  • Quick and efficient problem solving skills
  • Organised at all times
