We are seeking candidates with experience in container transport to join a market-leading team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Dealing with multiple drivers
- Communicating with ports
- Booking delivery slots for entry in ports
- Using a transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers start times and finish times
- Chasing drivers for ETAs and ensuring they are on time
- Rerouting jobs as needed
- Checking all PODs are matched with the correct jobs on the system
- Speaking to customers about possible delays and advising ETAs
Requirements / Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Transport Operator – Essential
- Confident and clear communicator – written and verbal
- Excellent UK geographical knowledge
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Quick and efficient problem solving skills
- Organised at all times
- Flexibility to meet the demands of the business
