Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with a fast paced team booking trucks on to the terminal and organising the loading of containers to meet train departures and arrivals
- Able to proactively adapt to a busy environment and to make real time decisions regarding the smooth running of the rail terminal
- Use of a bespoke container booking system, administering customer emails and telephone calls
- Organising container movement within the terminal with a team of reach stacker operators via two way radio
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience
- IT Literate (good knowledge of Excel would be an advantage)
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- High attention to detail is essential
