Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with in-house customers to manage requests and resolve issues
- Liaise with depots through callovers to ensure all work is accurate and consistent across systems
- Handle customer requests for extra work, cancellations, and amendments
- Release imports using Destin 8 and CNS systems, and manage bookings for exports
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems
- Managing group email mailboxes in a timely and effective manner
Skills & Experience
- Experience with TOPS, Paris, Destin 8, and Excel is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer‑focused with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- An understanding of the transport industry is essential
- Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers
- A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role
