Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator based at our Ipswich to help us to develop our ambitious plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with in-house customers to manage requests and resolve issues
  • Liaise with depots through callovers to ensure all work is accurate and consistent across systems
  • Handle customer requests for extra work, cancellations, and amendments
  • Release imports using Destin 8 and CNS systems, and manage bookings for exports
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all systems
  • Managing group email mailboxes in a timely and effective manner

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with TOPS, Paris, Destin 8, and Excel is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer‑focused with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • An understanding of the transport industry is essential
  • Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers
  • A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role
