Due to continued success, we’relooking for a Trainee Customer Service Administrator / Trainee CSU Operator based at our Northampton Gateway to help us to develop our ambitious plans. This role with be based on a 4on / 4off shift pattern

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
- Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Must be happy working on a 4on/4off shift pattern
An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, youwill possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.A working knowledge ofIT systemsand Microsoft Excel is preferred but not essential for this role.
