About the Role
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of electrical technicians. This role involves providing technical guidance in executing assigned electrical tasks on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company policies, procedures, risk assessments, and method statements. The Electrical Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving electrical systems, equipment, and facilities within the MDL.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Level 3 SVQ and Summit Skills Modern Apprenticeship in Electrical Installation or HNC in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of following processes and procedures of a business
- Good level of secondary education (Essential)
- Read and write English (Mandatory)
- Familiar/competent in all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Projects, Excel, Word & SharePoint
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
- Willingness to learn & adapt
- Proactive and decisive
