- Full Project Ownership – Take the lead on global offshore projects, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction from contract award to closeout.
- Turnkey Service Delivery – Manage a range of integrated MDL services, including equipment rental, engineering support, offshore personnel, and operational planning.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive communication, problem‑solving, and high‑quality service delivery.
- Project Execution & Risk Management – Define and control project scopes, costs, schedules, and risks, ensuring all work meets the highest safety, technical, and operational standards.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination – Work closely with MDL’s Engineering, Operations, Assets, and Commercial teams to align project execution with strategic business objectives.
- Offshore & International Presence – Travel to client locations, fabrication yards, and offshore worksites when required, ensuring seamless integration between planning and execution.
- Commercial & Financial Oversight – Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and drive efficiencies to protect margins and maximise value for both MDL and its clients.
