We're seeking a proactive and organised Project Support Officer to join our Estates team, supporting a portfolio of over 480 sites across the UK. You'll play a key role in delivering vital building, refurbishment, and fit-out projects that enable our coastguard and marine services to operate effectively.
- Provide contract and project administrative support for building, refurbishment, and fit-out works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with Programme and Project Managers to plan, procure, commission, and manage projects, maintaining accurate records and processing supplier invoices in line with government guidelines.
- Support project reporting, cost tracking, and compliance with agency processes and statutory responsibilities.
- Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers, including contract management for furniture procurement.
- Help prepare clear, concise project reports for stakeholder groups and programme boards.
