Location: Southampton (hybrid working possible)
The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) is seeking a HR Data and Governance Lead. You will join the Corporate Services Group responsible for the delivery of Corporate Services to the MCA.

Qualifications
- Experience leading people data analysis and reporting, and assurance in a complex organisation
- Experience overseeing governance, risk, audit and compliance processes
- Strong financial management capability including oversight of budgets
- Applied experience using Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate or equivalent tools
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder demands, negotiate priorities and influence decisions
