  • Lead and develop staff through performance management, CPD and ECT induction.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and external partners.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, keeping pupil safety at the heart of school life.
  • Ensure outstanding behaviour and attendance.

(Full responsibilities are outlined in the Candidate Information Pack.)

  • Leads with integrity, warmth and professionalism.
  • Can inspire, support and challenge colleagues to be their best.
  • Builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents and partners.
  • Is reflective, resilient and committed to continuous improvement.

You may already be working at senior leadership level or be an experienced leader ready to step into a whole-school Deputy role.
