The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The ideal candidate will have experience in QOF, Chronic Disease Management – Diabetes, Asthma, COPD (preferably with Spirometry) Cervical Cytology.
Immunisation, Vaccination and Family Planning skills are all essential.
INR management and Systemone experience are desirable skills, however training can be provided for the right candidate.
You will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of healthcare professionals and be enthusiastic with a commitment to improving nursing practice through ongoing personal and professional development.
