Future Role Overview
When a role opens, the Paid Advertising Specialist will work closely with our CMO to create, launch, and optimize profitable paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves building and scaling high-performing ads.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google
- Create static ad creatives and develop briefs/hooks for the video team
- Write high-converting ad copy for various funnel stages
- Manage campaign budgets, structures, and objectives
- Set up and manage tracking pixels, events, and UTM parameters
- Use AI tools to support ad creation and reporting
- Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and funnel teams
- Stay current with platform updates and paid media best practices
KPIs (when active in the role)
- Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Lead quality and funnel conversion rates
- Creative performance and click-through rates
- Accuracy and reliability of tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategy
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools for creative workflows
- Strong copywriting skills
- Comfortable analysing data and reporting insights
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation tools
- Experience with AI-driven ad creation workflows
- Understanding of GA4, conversion APIs, and tracking setups
