The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Content Designer to join our busy LMS team and support the creation, refinement, and ongoing improvement of high-quality digital learning content across multiple projects. This role sits within the learning resource team and works closely with learning designers, product, marketing, and tutors to deliver content that aligns with team priorities, brand standards, and learner experience goals. You’ll be hands-on with existing assets, enhancing and maintaining content to ensure it is engaging, accessible, accurate, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Design & Build
- Design, build, and update e-learning content within our LMS
- Adapt existing content and media assets to meet learning and platform requirements
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop; Illustrator a plus) to create and refine learning materials
