  • Assist with furniture, finishes, and material sourcing
  • Coordinate samples, supplier information, and product documentation

  • Organise project files, trackers, and meeting notes
  • Attend site visits, showroom visits, and installation preparation where required
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery
  • Help maintain project timelines, action lists, and project coordination
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the design team

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification in interior design, spatial design, architecture, or related discipline
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or InDesign would be beneficial
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Interest in workplace interiors, commercial design, and the built environment
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who enjoys supporting wider project delivery
