We welcome candidates from care backgrounds and from other paths; training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Do- Get to know each resident personally, building their life stories into meaningful activities.
- Plan and deliver a fun and varied calendar of group activities, one-to-one moments and special events.
- Motivate and encourage residents to join in with activities that enhance social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Support residents to maintain strong connections with family, friends and the local community.
- Take photos of events for newsletters and social media.
- Competitive pay rates plus enhanced overtime (+£2 p/h extra!).
