Care Practitioner (Days) – Briardene Care Home
Base pay : £12.72 per hour (plus £2 per hour extra for overtime).

Location : Briardene care home, NE5 1NA.

Contract : Permanent days.

Responsibilities

Providing personal care and support to residents, ensuring dignity, respect and privacy.

Building meaningful relationships and creating a welcoming home.

Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
We want candidates with good English and numeracy skills, plus a passion for caring and helping residents to thrive. All candidates must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and standard reference checks.
