As Clinical Care Practitioner, you will join our friendly team to proactively support the Nursing staff in managing the day-to-day running of our care provision, ensuring the delivery of the highest level of person-centred care and support to residents and their families and friends.
You will be a highly experienced carer holding Level 3 H&SC, with a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that those we care for can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful and reliable. This role is a mix of hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities, so you'll need to feel comfortable juggling tasks while always keeping our residents’ happiness and wellbeing at the heart of what you do.

As a Clinical Care Practitioner, you'll combine hands-on care with team leader duties. It's all about ensuring that every resident receives the very best care while mentoring and supporting your colleagues to be their best. Here's a flavour of what you'll be doing:
- Supervising your care team so they're confident and skilled in every part of their role.
- Supporting residents with a range of personal care needs, while making sure dignity, respect and privacy are always maintained.
- Assisting and supporting the Nurse to assess and identify the needs of the residents, and developing complete, comprehensive and person-centred care plans.
- Supporting the nursing team with all aspects of medication according to the home’s policies and procedures.
If you're offered a role with us, it will be conditional on some standard checks, like references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We also need you to have good English and numeracy skills, plus a passion for caring and helping our residents to thrive.
