What You’ll Do
At Riverwell Beck resident wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to create a happy, active and fulfilling environment for our residents. You’ll work alongside an incredible team who share your passion for making life special for the people in our care. In this fast-paced role, no two days are the same. You will:
- Get to know each resident personally, building their life stories into meaningful activities.
- Plan and deliver a fun and varied calendar of group activities, one-to-one moments and special events.
- Motivate and encourage residents to join in with activities that enhance social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
- Support residents to maintain strong connections with family, friends and the local community.
- Take photos of events for newsletters and social media.
