What you'll be doing:
- You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
- Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
- Provide nursing care and interventions where needed.
- Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
- Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
- You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
- A qualified nurse (RGN with an active NMC PIN)
