Wellbeing Coordinator
Location: Kingston Court care home, Newtown Road, Carlisle, CA2 7JH
Pay Rate: £13.66 per hour
Hours: 28 hours per week

What you’ll do
As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will:
- Build personal relationships with each resident, creating life stories and meaningful activities
- Plan and deliver a varied calendar of group activities, one‑to‑one moments, and special events
- Motivate and encourage residents to participate, enhancing social, emotional, and physical wellbeing
- Support residents in maintaining strong connections with family, friends, and the local community
- Take photos of events for newsletters and social media
Requirements
You should have care experience or be willing to learn. Good English and numeracy skills, a passion for caring, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced role are essential.
