Wellbeing Coordinator
Location: Kingston Court care home, Newtown Road, Carlisle, CA2 7JH
Pay Rate: £13.66 from April 2026
Hours: 34.5 hours per week

What you’ll do

At Kingston Court, resident wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to create a happy, active and fulfilling environment for our residents. You’ll work alongside an incredible team who share your passion for making life special for the people in our care.

In this fast-paced role, no two days are the same. You will:

  • Get to know each resident personally, building their life stories into meaningful activities.
  • Plan and deliver a fun and varied calendar of group activities, one-to-one moments and special events.
  • Motivate and encourage residents to join in with activities that enhance social, emotional and physical wellbeing.
  • Support residents to maintain strong connections with family, friends and the local community.
  • Take photos of events for newsletters and social media.
