What you will be doing:

  • Leading by example - You will proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
  • Person-centred care - Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
  • Excellent nursing care - Providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
  • Team leadership - Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
  • Be a role model - Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
  • Reporting - You will report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
