What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading by example - You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
- Person-centred care - Promote a culture of personalized care that always puts our residents first.
- Excellent nursing care - providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
- Team leadership - Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
- Be a role model - Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
- Reporting - You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified nurse (RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN)
- Someone with a genuine passion for elderly care and significant experience working in a care home or similar environment.
- A natural leader who enjoys bringing out the best in others.
