What you’ll be doing:
- Leading by example- You’ll proactively manage the care team, ensuring the highest standard of care and support is given to our residents.
- Person-centred care- Promote a culture of personalised care that always puts our residents first.
- Excellent nursing care- providing nursing care and interventions where needed.
- Team leadership- Motivate and support your team, ensuring everyone contributes to the smooth running of the home.
- Be a role model- Act as a role model for other clinical and care team members, always striving for excellence.
- Reporting- You’ll report directly to the Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead, keeping them in the loop on any important matters.

- A qualified nurse (RGN with an active NMC PIN)
