About the role: As our Maintenance Operative, you will be joining a friendly team at Briardene working to ensure the condition of our building is maintained to a high standard. You will liaise with the Home Manager and Estates Manager regarding internal maintenance work and external contractor works (planned, reactive and emergency). You will complete basic fire, electrical and appliance checks, reporting all faults and carry out any small-scale decoration of bedrooms and some common areas, when required.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual who can demonstrate a range of skills to ensure our home is maintained to the highest standards in a safe and efficient, practical manner.
