Dometic is seeking a General Manager for the EMEA Marine team, based in our Selsey Office.
You will hold full P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and compliance with local laws and group governance.
You will lead manufacturing sites in Selsey and Vermont, US, and report to the VP Marine EMEA.
In this role you will establish an efficient organization, drive bespoke Marine product manufacturing, and represent the company with customers, partners, and authorities in the UK.
