We are a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate Sales Support Marine. This position reports to Sales Director and will work in Blandford Forum, Dorset, UK

Dometic Marine\'s facility in Blandford Forum, Dorset, UK provides air-conditioning, refrigeration, sanitation systems & steering solutions for motorboat and yacht builders.
About the position
As a Sales Support Marine in the Blandford team, you will be involved in playing a key role within the sales team. The role will work closely with the sales team to ensure our customers receive an outstanding level of service, which focuses on relationship building and excellent communication in order to achieve and potentially exceed monthly / quarterly / yearly targets.
Your main responsibilities
  • Answer enquiries both internally and externally: deal with enquiries, manage all day-to-day sales matters through our internal ticketing system, Freshdesk. Taking ownership of customer needs; create and manage deadlines for enquiries where appropriate.
  • Provide direct support for sales team as required.
  • Develop relationships with all distributors and dealers through regular communication, both written and on the phone.
  • Checking and verification.
  • Provide pricing and lead times where requested.
  • Process incoming sales orders through Axapta.
  • Communicate with customers - telephone, Teams and email.
  • Day to day sales administration.
  • Answering the telephone quickly and efficiently and making outgoing, proactive calls where necessary.
  • General office duties.
  • Help with improvement projects as necessary.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within customer service and sales support - as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
  • Experience and proven proactive approach working in a sales or customer service environment (telephone based an advantage).
  • Experience of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP software - desirable.
  • Experience in achieving targets.
  • Experience in administering accounts - desirable.
