We’re working on behalf of a well-established engineering business in Paignton to find their next Warehouse / Trade Counter Manager – a vital position in a small but busy team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse and trade counter
- Handling goods in/out, ensuring accurate deliveries and despatches
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and inventory systems
- Serving trade counter customers and advising on products (training provided)
- Supervising and supporting warehouse staff, including training
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised
- Ensuring health & safety and company policies are followed
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or trade counter roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Customer-focused with good communication abilities
- IT-literate with basic systems or stock control experience
- Forklift licence a bonus – or willing to train
