Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer relationships and project ownership? We're recruiting for an exciting newly created Technical Sales Manager position within a specialist marine manufacturing business that supplies high-performance products to racing yachts, superyachts and marine professionals worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit established international accounts while playing a pivotal role in developing a growing superyacht division.

This role combines technical sales, account management, project coordination and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and seeing projects through from enquiry to delivery. You'll manage existing customers across the UK and international markets while identifying and developing new opportunities within the superyacht, refit, management company and boatyard sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of UK and international customers
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the leisure marine and superyacht sectors
  • Supporting customers with technical specifications, quotations and bespoke project requirements
  • Acting as the commercial lead throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
  • Working closely with production and customer service teams to ensure projects remain on track and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Building and managing a pipeline of opportunities within the growing superyacht market
  • Monitoring market activity, industry developments and competitor trends
  • Attending customer meetings, industry events, regattas and boat shows across Europe and internationally
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and delivering profitable sales growth

About You:

We're keen to hear from candidates with strong B2B sales or account management experience who enjoy selling technical, engineered or specification led products. You may come from a marine, engineering, manufacturing, performance sport or other technical sales background.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Experience selling technical or bespoke solutions
