An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marina Operative to join the team at Swanwick Marina.
Working as part of a small, hardworking team this multifaceted role will include, but is not limited to, marina operations, customer service, general maintenance and other tasks as may be required.
Key Requirements
- Ability to understand and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to learn and use computer software systems
- “A can do” attitude and flexible approach to teamwork
- Previous experience of boat handling and a local knowledge of the local sailing area and cruising grounds would be a major advantage but training, where required, will be given.
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential.
Working Hours
This role includes working both indoors and outdoors in all weathers and includes working days/nights, weekends and bank holidays on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern as required to keep our marina operational all year round.
