We are seeking an experienced Marketing Brand Manager to lead the continued development of a highly respected, heritage-led brand across the UK and EMEA region. We are looking for a commercially aware, brand-focused professional with strong marine industry experience who understands how to protect and evolve an established brand while driving new levels of engagement, visibility and growth.
Working closely with global leadership, you will take ownership of regional brand activity, ensuring local execution aligns with wider global direction while identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence, customer engagement and commercial performance. This role would suit someone with approximately 5+ years’ experience within brand, marketing or commercial brand management who has already built strong foundations in their career and is ready to take on broader ownership and influence within an evolving international business.
