Job Title: Pre-Preg Laminator Location: Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire Job Type: Contract We are looking for an experienced Pre-Preg Laminator to join a busy marine manufacturing team in Lee-on-the-Solent. This is a hands-on role working with composite materials to produce high-quality components to exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: Lay up pre-preg carbon fibre and composite materials. Read and interpret technical drawings and laminate schedules. Prepare moulds and materials for production. Ensure laminates meet quality and specification requirements. Work to tight tolerances and maintain high standards of workmanship. Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements: Previous experience in pre-preg laminating is essential. Experience working with carbon fibre and composite materials. Ability to read technical drawings and follow laminate schedules. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
