What You’ll Be Doing
  • Office Coordination
    • Keep the office running seamlessly, creating a friendly, efficient, and professional environment.

    • Manage stationery, equipment, office supplies, and ensure meeting rooms are always guest-ready.
    • Welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.
    • Coordinate with building management, contractors, and external suppliers.
    • Handle incoming/outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
    • Own fire safety processes and ensure first aid supplies, signage, and emergency equipment are fully compliant.
  • Travel Coordination

    • Negotiate rates with travel providers to get the best value.
    • Support with visas and travel documentation when required.
