We are seeking to appoint a Marina & Boatyard Operative to work at our Southsea Marina. The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following in order to qualify for consideration:
- Proven customer service or customer facing experience
- Must have a “can do” attitude
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
- Be computer literate
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person with a flexible work ethic to join our team. A good knowledge of boats and experience/qualifications of driving plant would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given.
This role includes working outdoors in all weathers and will include some weekends and some Public Holidays, working predominantly Tuesday to Thursday each week but with occasional Monday and Friday working according to duty rota cover.
