We’re thrilled to be partnering with one of the South Coast’s most prestigious marina operators to recruit a Marina Operative for their busy, full-service site at Swanwick Marina. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team who keep the marina running smoothly day and night — supporting berth holders, assisting with moorings, maintaining the site, and ensuring safety across the marina. This is a mixed days and nights role, so flexibility and a can-do attitude are key.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • A positive, adaptable approach and strong teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work across both marina and boatyard operations
  • Ability to learn and confidently use software systems
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • A background in boating or experience driving plant equipment would be advantageous, but not essential — full training will be provided.
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is required.

This is an outdoor role, working a rotating shift pattern including days and nights, along with some weekends and public holidays.
