Location: Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Preg Laminator to join a busy marine manufacturing team in Lee-on-the-Solent. This is a hands‑on role working with composite materials to produce high-quality components to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lay up pre-preg carbon fibre and composite materials.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and laminate schedules.
- Prepare moulds and materials for production.
- Ensure laminates meet quality and specification requirements.
- Work to tight tolerances and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pre-preg laminating is essential.
- Experience working with carbon fibre and composite materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow laminate schedules.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
