Your Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across designated accounts in the UK.
    • Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and strategic projects.
    • Respond proactively to customer requests via emails, calls, face-to-face visits, and end-user interactions.
    • Schedule regular client visits and create travel itineraries as required.
    • Conduct account reviews and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams.

    • Promote sales of marine hardware products to assigned accounts.
    • Identify new opportunities within existing relationships and expand into new business areas.
