We re working with a well-established engineering business that is looking to expand its workshop team with a skilled and reliable fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company where you ll work on a variety of fabrication projects in a modern workshop environment, using a range of welding techniques to manufacture and assemble high-quality metal components.

The Role As a Welder Fabricator, you ll be responsible for producing and assembling fabricated metalwork from engineering drawings, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.

Your day-to-day duties will include: Fabricating and assembling metal components from technical drawings.

Carrying out MIG, TIG and ARC welding to a high standard.

Preparing materials by cutting, grinding and cleaning prior to fabrication.

Inspecting finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring tools remain in good working order.

Working closely with colleagues to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

Identifying and resolving fabrication or welding issues as they arise.

Following all health and safety procedures within the workshop.
