We re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a close-knit, welcoming team at one of the South Coast s most attractive waterside destinations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become the friendly face of a busy marina, where you ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for berth holders and visitors alike.
You ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, supporting operations both in the office and around the marina.
Previous boating knowledge or marina experience is a bonus but not essential.
What we re looking for: Excellent communication and customer service skills Confidence handling enquiries and converting them into bookings or sales A good grasp of computer systems you ll be trained on the marina s software A can-do attitude and a strong sense of teamwork This is a varied position combining office duties with time spent outdoors.
The rota includes some weekend and bank holiday working, so flexibility is key.
