About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and proactive Sales Co-ordinator to join their growing operation. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and working closely with the UK sales team, this role promises variety, challenge, and opportunity for professional growth.
As the primary contact for customers, you’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end sales order process while assisting with logistics and administrative tasks. Your contributions will directly impact the smooth dispatch of goods and the satisfaction of clients, ensuring the business continues to set high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Coordination: Managing the sales order process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing friendly and professional customer support.
- Responding to enquiries and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Delivering administrative support, including maintaining customer databases (such as Mailchimp) and assisting in marketing activities.
- Participating in despatch meetings, updating account managers on statuses, and managing inter-company ordering.
- Identifying and addressing product shortages with the planning team to streamline operations.
- Logistics Management: Coordinating shipping logistics for UK and export markets, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
- Negotiating with carriers for the best rates and improving back-order processes.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Credit Control teams to resolve customer account issues.
- Ensuring timely booking of goods, investigating queries, and addressing shipping concerns as they arise.
