We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead growth across the marine side of the business with the portfolio of products that includes DC-DC converters, USB charging solutions, and power management systems engineered for demanding marine and offshore environments.
About the Role
You will take full responsibility for developing and managing sales within the marine sector building strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators, while identifying new opportunities across both commercial and leisure marine markets worldwide. Working closely with internal engineering and marketing teams, you'll combine technical insight with commercial drive to deliver robust, practical solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marine sector sales strategy in line with the company's growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with boat builders, electrical system suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on product selection and application requirements.
