Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering electrical and M&E projects from initial design through to completion.
  • Produce and update 2D/3D CAD drawings to support design, tendering, and installation teams.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Support development of project documentation including RAMS, schedules, reports, and handover information.
  • Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor site progress, track variations, and support project cost control.
  • Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld throughout project delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, site surveys, and project briefings across the UK.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Electrical engineering background with 18th Edition qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within an M&E or building services environment (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential for site travel).
