Boatbuilder / Composite Technician 📍 Poole | £16 per hour (c. £30,784 – £34,944 depending on hours/experience) Permanent | 37 or 42 hours per week Are you an experienced Boatbuilder with a background in composites, refits, or repairs? We’re working with a leading marine manufacturer that has a full schedule of new builds and refits and is looking to expand its team of skilled technicians. The Role As a Boatbuilder Technician, you’ll be involved in: Installation, modification and maintenance of marine structures and equipment Epoxy composite repairs and laminating Vessel strip-down and reassembly Deck fitout and component assembly Working from engineering drawings to high quality standards You’ll be joining a modern, well-equipped facility with a clean, safe and organised work environment. All tools, PPE and materials are provided.
