About the Role

As the Club's senior operational leader, you will oversee all aspects of the organisation's activities, ensuring an outstanding experience for Members and guests. This multifaceted position combines the responsibilities of General Manager, Club Secretary, and health centred professional. You will lead a dedicated team, manage facilities and hospitality services, support sailing operations, and ensure the smooth running of the Club's administrative and statutory functions. The role also includes supporting the Committee and Commodore, managing budgets, and representing the Club externally when required.
