- Identifying and quoting required parts for customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Processing customer orders and coordinating with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time delivery.

- Keeping customers informed about order status, delays, and shipping updates.
